Tell us who you are
Name, discipline, languages, and where you practise. Five minutes, on your phone.
We verify your registration
We check your HPCSA, SACSSP, SANC or LPC number against the public register, and your professional indemnity cover. We do this — you do not chase it.
Two short modules
What to do in a crisis, and what a session note must contain. The crisis module has to be passed in full; there is no acceptable score below full marks on that one.
You start taking cases
You see the concern, the language and the time before you accept. Declining a case costs you nothing and needs no explanation.
What we ask of you
- Current registration with your professional body
- Professional indemnity cover
- A signed operator agreement, as POPIA requires in writing
- Session notes within 48 hours — the note is also the invoice
What you can expect from us
- Paid per session, on a stated schedule
- The full context of a case before you accept it
- No penalty for declining work that is outside your scope
- A clinical lead reachable within the hour when risk changes
